Orientation Checklist
Every intern should receive an orientation to the company. We recommend that the orientation be conducted on the first day of the internship. Since many interns will not be familiar with a workplace environment, the orientation is an opportunity to educate the student about the company, including its culture and expectations. Experience shows that time spent in orientation results in interns that quickly become productive and adjust to the workplace environment.
